The six months Refurbishment course aims to develop a deep and critical knowledge of approaching problems and methodologies of a building recovering and re-use project.

The main goal of the course shall be based on the definition of quality recovering process, of a quality design control and a technological design development, with the implied purpose of reaching a high quality design level respecting the requirements of the intended building uses.

The aim of the course is to apply and verity quality oriented methodologies, set up for the construction of a new building, and adapt them in the recovering process according to the existing building specific situation and the new finalized use.
